SkyIntegra

Draft — last updated 31 October 2026

Privacy policy and privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data of visitors to the skyintegra.com corporate site and of people who fill in its contact form is processed (Turkish KVKK art. 10 and UK GDPR art. 13).

Data controller

The data controller is Sky Integra Ltd (SKY INTEGRA LTD), owner of the SkyIntegra brand: a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16897261, registered office Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, N1 3FY, United Kingdom.

For any question or request about this notice, write to info@skyintegra.com.

Personal data we process

When you submit the contact form, we process:

  • Company or organisation name, your full name, email address, phone number (optional)
  • The topic you select and your message; if the topic is SkyIntegra PDKS, the staff-number range, device status and, if given, the device brand and model
  • The language you used and the fact that the form was sent from this site
  • The time of your confirmation that you have read the privacy notice and the version of that notice
  • Your shortened (masked) IP address: the last part of an IPv4 address, or everything after the first 48 bits of an IPv6 address, is set to zero before storage; the full IP address is not stored
  • Browser information (User-Agent), up to 255 characters

We do not collect personal data when you simply browse: the site has no analytics, advertising or social media tracking and uses no cookies. The server technically uses your IP address to deliver pages; the rate limit that protects the form keeps the IP address in memory only temporarily.

Purposes

  • To assess your request or question, prepare a quote where needed and contact you
  • To prevent automated and abusive use of the form (spam, excessive requests) and keep it secure
  • To be able to demonstrate that we have provided this notice

Legal bases

  • Form details: KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract); UK GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request before a contract)
  • Masked IP address, browser information and confirmation record: KVKK art. 5/2-f and UK GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, evidence)

The tick box in the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of consent.

Retention

Contact request details are kept for 2 years after your request is closed and then deleted or anonymised. If the request leads to a contract, data relating to the contract is kept for the periods required by law.

Sharing and international transfers

The form is sent to the request inbox on the SkyIntegra PDKS infrastructure (pdks.skyintegra.com), which belongs to the same company. The site and requests are hosted in data centres of our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (European Union); the provider’s access is limited to the hosting service.

For data sent from Türkiye, this is a transfer abroad under KVKK art. 9. As the controller is established in the United Kingdom, the data is also accessed by the controller from the United Kingdom.

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing and is not sold. It may be disclosed to authorities where required by law, to the extent the law requires.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Find out whether your data is processed and, if so, request information and a copy
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, and know the third parties it is shared with
  • Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
  • Have data erased or destroyed and have third parties notified of this
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests and request restriction of processing
  • Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Send your request to info@skyintegra.com; we respond within thirty days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Security

The site and the form run over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Requests are kept in an admin panel that only authorised SkyIntegra administrators can access; actions in that panel are logged for security.

Our product sites

This notice covers only the skyintegra.com corporate site. SkyIntegra PDKS (pdks.skyintegra.com) and SkyIntegra eSIM (esim.skyintegra.com) have their own privacy notices; PDKS privacy policy: https://pdks.skyintegra.com/en/privacy.

Changes

We may update this notice; the current version is always on this page. When the notice in the form changes, the version you confirmed is recorded.
